Who?
Beyond our basic requirements, we are looking for accounting, finance and tax professionals who are passionate about working with growing companies and using the latest technology to do their job.
Basic Requirements
Be at least 18 years old
Have access to a bank account
Fast internet connection and a high quality webcam/microphone
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
What we look for
Applicants ideally should possess appropriate qualifications such as certifications or degrees in accounting or finance.
Experts must have proven experience and expertise in the area in which they are applying.
Demonstrated professionalism, including strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and online platforms for seamless collaboration with customers.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of small business customers.
High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality.
A general willingness to adapt to varying customer demands and work schedules.
Awareness of and adherence to relevant accounting and tax regulations and standards.

What you make as an Expert depends on your rate and how much you choose to work. Experts are paid monthly based on their earnings from the previous month.
As you develop your credibility and performance as an Expert, FlowFi can nearly instantly increase your amount of new work until you determine to be at capacity.

Assessment
Our assessments are tailored to each FlowFi service, testing for crucial knowledge and proficiency in the corresponding industry.
Interview
Through role-play exercises, showcase your proficiency in handling real-world client scenarios.
Verification
We conduct a thorough background check to verify your application details.
Onboarding
Once you've been accepted as a FlowFi Expert, you will receive training from our team to help you navigate the FlowFi platform.
